Our Vision

We want to inspire, motivate and develop lifelong learning in our children. We want children to leave Rose Rainbow feeling they are successful learners for life.

Play is an integral part of children’s learning and development. We acknowledge that children are intrinsically motivated to question, seek, explore and discover through hands-on learning.

We value ‘kids being kids’, roaming in a garden setting where children create their own fun and use their imagination. Children learn first hand about sustainability practices; native planting, growing vegetables and caring for chickens. Children can relax from the busyness of life and enjoy the smells and sound of nature.

Child voice is encouraged as children set their own goals and persist in overcoming hurdles. Failure and mistakes are redefined as learning opportunities and children become active agents in planning their own learning pathways.
